WIN SUPPLY
WinSupply is a group of 600 local building supply wholesale companies which operate independently under the WinSupply umbrella. As they moved their complex, business-critical ERP system into a browser-based application, the company hired Sparkbox to develop a new navigation system. I led the user research efforts on the project, which have included tree testing, click testing, and moderated user testing.
AES OHIO (FULL PROTOTYPE EXAMPLE)
This midwestern utility company needed to improve their customers’ experience when signing up for outage and billing alerts. I built an interactive low-fidelity wireframe template in Axure in order to user test the proposed interactions.
DEFINED AND CAPTURED MEDIA PROGRAM
DCMP offers fully accessible educational video content to educators and families who have a student with a disability. As their services grew, the organization realized they needed a more flexible homepage and public-facing site. As the lead UX on this project, I developed an IA and menu concept allowing for that flexibility without sacrificing parts of the design which were working well. The project included unmoderated usability testing as well as IA, wireframes, and prototyping.
